We will always strive to meet your delivery requirements, however, issues with the artwork and product quantity can slow down our process. If this occurs, we always communicate via email to solve any issues.
Shipping
Flat Rate Ground Shipping:
All orders are processed in a timely manner, and unless expedited shipping is requested, are shipped free-of-charge to the contiguous 48 states. Award Factory Rapid Ribbons reserves the right to choose the carrier.
Handling Fee:
All orders are charged a flat $5.99 handling fee. This covers the cost of fulfilling orders.
Expedited Shipping:
You have the option of choosing expedited shipping if you need your product(s) in a hurry. The additional charge for expedited shipping is not refundable unless extenuating circumstances exist, such as a product being back ordered. If so, you will be notified by email and may be offered the option to substitute a different item.
